Kim McCampbell
Life & Health Insurance Agent
Kim McCampbell is a licensed life and health insurance agent in the states of Washington and Idaho. He began work in the Insurance field in 1986 and has been dedicated to serving the community ever since. His focus is on helping people not only retire, but be able to stay retired. He’s dedicated to always doing what’s in a client’s best interest, something you can’t say of every financial professional out there. He puts enormous value in the relationships he builds with clients and maintains. Kim is often asked when he plans to retire himself, but he is so content in helping others get where they want to be in life that he plans to continue his work for as long as he possibly can.
Kim resides in Post Falls, Idaho. He enjoys spending his spare time out on the water with his family. He is the proud father of five children; Billy, Amber-Rae, Chelsie, and twins Casey and Kayla. His parents built a cabin on a lake over 50 years ago which he has been dedicated to maintaining in their honor since their passing, making sure family ski trips and vacations together remain a tradition. He’s also deeply invested in the well-being of children, and so has been a proud sponsor to Shriner’s Children’s Hospital for nearly 25 years.
Chantal Smith
Client Services Manager
Chantal holds the title of Client Services Manager with McCampbell Insurance, Inc. She manages new client business and daily business operations. She’s always readily available during office hours, ensuring the highest level of quality and professionalism to meet clients’ needs. She’s had a long career in administrative and client service positions, bringing seasoned professionalism and dedication to her position. Chantal was raised in the Coeur d’Alene area, where she’s lived all her life. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and playing softball. She also loves to cook and spend time by the lake.
Karmyn Riley
Seminar & Marketing Coordinator
Karmyn joined McCampbell Insurance, Inc in 2024, bringing an abundance of experience in project management, client relations and customer service. Her role includes managing retirement workshops, organizing client events, and appointment scheduling. Her career has been marked by a passion for helping businesses thrive through strategic planning and effective marketing initiatives.
Karmyn was born and raised in central Nevada but currently resides in Coeur d’Alene, where she enjoys many hobbies such as hiking, hunting, fly fishing, and camping.
Cailynn Allen
Seminar Assistant
Cailynn is a highly motivated and results-oriented Appointment Setter who excels at generating leads, scheduling appointments, and building strong client relationships. Cailynn will be the first face you see as you step into one of our seminars as she assists Kim to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all who attend.
