Kim McCampbell
Life & Health Insurance Agent
Kim McCampbell is a licensed life and health insurance agent in the states of Washington and Idaho. He began work in the Insurance field in 1986 and has been dedicated to serving the community ever since. His focus is on helping people not only retire, but be able to stay retired. He’s dedicated to always doing what’s in a client’s best interest, something you can’t say of every financial professional out there. He puts enormous value in the relationships he builds with clients and maintains. Kim is often asked when he plans to retire himself, but he is so content in helping others get where they want to be in life that he plans to continue his work for as long as he possibly can.
Kim resides in Post Falls, Idaho. He enjoys spending his spare time out on the water with his family. He is the proud father of five children; Billy, Amber-Rae, Chelsie, and twins Casey and Kayla. His parents built a cabin on a lake over 50 years ago which he has been dedicated to maintaining in their honor since their passing, making sure family ski trips and vacations together remain a tradition. He’s also deeply invested in the well-being of children, and so has been a proud sponsor to Shriner’s Children’s Hospital for nearly 25 years.
Jaidra Branson
Marketing Director & Event Coordinator
Jaidra’s title is Marketing Director & Event Coordinator–she’s responsible for all company marketing, including client events and workshop planning. She also manages Kim’s calendar and schedules his appointments. She enjoys the rewarding feeling of creating tailored experiences in appreciation of valued clients. She finds great fulfillment in establishing and maintaining the quality of client relationships, which start at the events she organizes.
Prior to working with McCampbell Insurance, Jaidra worked as a Customer Retention Specialist for 7 years, where she focused on creating customized solutions for clients’ specific needs. She wanted to utilize the skillset she gained from her previous work, and join a team that prioritized servicing members of the community. This brought her to McCampbell Insurance, Inc. She believes that the work they do aligns with her core values, including dedication to client satisfaction, which is why she’s proud to be a part of the McCampbell Insurance family.
Jaidra embodies dedication and self-awareness. She’s resilient, always ready to face challenges, and committed to authenticity. Her loyalty, kindness, and desire to help others are also represented by her being a great mom–she is the proud mother of four daughters; Chalèa, Pandi-Rose, Phoebe, and Arlie. When not working, she enjoys spending her time outdoors, going on bike rides or hikes, and of course, with her children.
Chantal Smith
Client Services Manager
Chantal holds the title of Client Services Manager with McCampbell Insurance, Inc. She manages new client business and daily business operations. She’s always readily available during office hours, ensuring the highest level of quality and professionalism to meet clients’ needs. She’s had a long career in administrative and client service positions, bringing seasoned professionalism and dedication to her position. Chantal was raised in the Coeur d’Alene area, where she’s lived all her life. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and playing softball. She also loves to cook and spend time by the lake.
